1. Service Provider Details
The Rozlio service is provided by: Vitaliy Mileshko, sole proprietor operating under the trade name Rozlio, registered in CEIDG.
Contact: kontakt@rozlio.pl
Mailing address: available upon request via email
2. Nature of Service — Important Legal Notice
Rozlio is solely an informational calculation tool. Rozlio does not provide tax advisory services, accounting services, or legal advice within the meaning of applicable Polish law, including the Act of 5 July 1996 on Tax Advisory Services.
All calculation results provided by Rozlio are purely indicative and approximate. They do not constitute tax advice, legal opinion, or a recommendation to take any action. Users must verify all calculations with a qualified tax advisor, accountant, or legal counsel before making financial decisions or filing any declarations.
3. General Provisions
These Terms of Service govern the use of the Rozlio web service available at app.rozlio.pl (the "Service") and set out the rights and obligations of Users and the Service Provider. Using the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
Rozlio is a tool supporting the calculation of ZUS social insurance contributions and taxes for sole proprietors (JDG), limited liability companies (sp. z o.o.), and growing businesses in Poland.
4. User Account
- Registration requires a valid email address
- You are responsible for the security of your password and account
- One account per person / business entity
- Accounts inactive for more than 24 months may be deleted with 30 days' prior notice to the registered email address
5. Plans and Payments
5.1 Free Plan
The Free Plan is provided at no cost, with no time limit. It includes the basic ZUS calculator and dashboard. No payment card details are required.
5.2 Pro Plan
Price: 19.00 PLN gross per month (including 23% VAT; net price: ~15.45 PLN). The Pro Plan provides full access to all features of the Service.
5.3 Billing and Renewal
- Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renewed on the anniversary of the purchase date, unless cancelled by the User before that date.
- Payments are processed by card or other method made available by a secure payment provider. Card data is stored solely by the payment provider — Rozlio does not process card data.
- A VAT invoice for each billing period is available in the account settings panel and sent to the User's email address.
5.4 Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time from the account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period — access to Pro Plan features remains active until that date. Payments for unused portions of a billing period are non-refundable, except as described in Section 6 (right of withdrawal).
5.5 Price Changes
The Service Provider reserves the right to change prices. Users will be notified of any price change by email at least 30 days in advance of the effective date. Continued use of the Pro Plan after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price. Users who do not accept the new price may cancel their subscription before the effective date at no additional cost.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)
If you are a consumer within the meaning of applicable Polish law, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days of the date the contract was concluded (i.e., the date of Pro Plan activation), in accordance with the Polish Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform the Service Provider of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., an email sent to kontakt@rozlio.pl). You may use the model withdrawal form set out in Annex 2 to the Consumer Rights Act, but this is not obligatory.
In the event of withdrawal, the Service Provider will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which the Service Provider is informed of your decision to withdraw, using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction.
Exception — loss of withdrawal right (Art. 38(13) of the Consumer Rights Act): If you expressly consent to the performance of a digital service beginning before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period, and you are informed that you will thereby lose your right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal expires upon full performance of the service or upon giving such consent. During the subscription activation process, Rozlio will inform you of this rule and ask for your acknowledgement.
7. Complaints
7.1 How to File a Complaint
Complaints regarding the Rozlio service should be submitted by email to kontakt@rozlio.pl. A complaint should include: your account email address, a description of the issue, and the resolution you are seeking.
7.2 Response Time
The Service Provider will review your complaint and provide a response within 14 calendar days of receipt. In accordance with applicable consumer protection law, failure to respond within this period means the complaint is deemed to have been accepted.
7.3 Possible Resolutions
- Fixing a technical bug or error
- A proportional price reduction for any period of service unavailability
- A refund in cases of a justified payment-related complaint
- Any other resolution agreed with the User
7.4 Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
Consumers have the right to use out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms, including the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider limits its liability as follows:
- Approximate nature of calculations: All calculations are approximate and may contain inaccuracies arising from model simplifications, rounding, or incomplete input data provided by the User.
- User decisions: Rozlio is not liable for any financial, tax, or business decisions made by the User based on the calculation results provided by the Service.
- Rate and regulatory changes: Rozlio is not liable for the consequences of changes to ZUS rates, tax rates, or legislation that occurred after the date of the most recent parameter update in the Service. Updates are applied as promptly as possible but are not guaranteed to be immediate.
- No substitute for professional advice: The Service does not replace professional tax, accounting, or legal advice. Users should consult a licensed tax advisor or accountant before making decisions.
- Financial liability cap: The total liability of the Service Provider to the User for all claims arising from use of the Service is limited to the sum of subscription fees paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability. This limitation does not apply to liability for intentional damage.
None of the above limitations exclude or restrict any consumer rights under mandatory provisions of Polish law.
9. Intellectual Property
The Rozlio platform — source code, graphic design, user interface, calculation algorithms, trademarks, and all other materials forming part of the Service are owned by or licensed to the Service Provider and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users obtain no rights to these elements beyond the right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
User data — Users retain full ownership of the data they enter into the Service (revenue, expenses, business parameters). The Service Provider processes this data solely for the purpose of providing the services described in these Terms and acquires no ownership rights over it.
10. Data Protection
Full information about the processing of personal data, including the legal basis for processing, retention periods, User rights, and Controller details, is set out in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.
11. Changes to Terms
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms. Users will be notified of any material changes by email to the address registered with their account, with at least 14 days' advance notice before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Users who do not accept the changes may delete their account or cancel their subscription before the effective date.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Service Provider's registered address, provided that a consumer may also bring proceedings before the court having jurisdiction over their place of residence, in accordance with the Polish Code of Civil Procedure.
